Return and refund

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days when shopping with us. The right of cancellation applies from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return the original item and place a new order on our website.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@prt-shop.com with the subject line "Return" and include the following details:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the return. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund amount does not include the original shipping costs.
