These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay (GPay), and Apple Pay.
Please note that additional fees may apply due to currency conversion, depending on your bank or payment provider.

PRT shop is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer home delivery only.

Shipping cost: 49 kr.
Free shipping on orders over 699 kr.
Custom duties, VAT and carrier's fee are included in the item price and shipping charges.

Orders placed on weekdays are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days.

4. Right of Cancellation and Returns

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@prt-shop.com with the subject line "Return" and include the following details:

Your name
Your phone number
Your order number
The reason for the return

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, or missing original labels and packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
